My Bucket List

In (mostly) no particular order, listed below are some of the things I want to accomplish and do in my life. This list will grow as I find more experiences I want to have, and as I accomplish them I will cross them out- and you can click on them to see the adventure. 1. Marry a man who loves God more than me

2. Have children

3. Have a beer at Oktoberfest in Munich, Germany

4. Stay in a treehouse hotel – completed September 2019

5. Build a house with Habitat For Humanity

6. Visit New York City, see a Broadway show, stand at the top of the Empire State Building, take a picture in Times Square, visit Ground Zero and Ellis Island. – completed August 2017

7. Swim in an ocean at night

8. Visit Pompeii and have a tour guide take me through the ruins

9. See an active volcano (from a safe distance!)

10. Start my own business- even if it is just a side gig

11. Meet the President of the US while they are in office

12. Ride in a gondola in Venice

13. Fly in a hot air balloon over the Loire Valley in France

14. See Mount Rushmore- completed September 2019

15. See the Northern Lights

16. Ride on a camel by the Great Pyramids of Giza on the outskirts of Cairo, Egypt

17. Swim with sharks

18. Walk on the Great Wall of China

19. Write, illustrate and publish a book

20. Learn conversational Spanish

21. Go swimming with dolphins

22. See cherry blossoms in Japan

23. Go snorkeling on the Great Barrier Reef

24. Ride on the back of an elephant

25. Go on an archeological dig

26. Explore a cave – completed September 2019

27. Meet my favorite Youtubers- the Shaytards and CTFxC

28. Hike up to see Machu Pichu

29. Visit Stonehenge

30. Go on a cruise

31. See the Floating Lantern Festival in Thailand

32. Learn to play the guitar

33. Go on a safari in Africa

34. Stay at the Ice Hotel in Jukkasjarvi, Sweeden- and try some of the activities, ice sculpting, ice fishing, husky sleighing, moose watching or a snowmobile safari

35. Live abroad for at least a year

36. Go whale watching

37. Visit the ancient walled city of Dubrovnik, Croatia and climb to the summit of Mount Srdj to see the view

38. Have a paintball fight

39. Kiss the Blarney Stone- and explore Ireland while I’m at it! (Also a must- stay in a picturesque Irish cottage that burns peat in the fireplace)

40. Be a part of a Flash Mob

41. Go to the Olympics

42. See the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade in person

43. Go on a storm chase

44. Visit the Christ the Redeemer statue in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil

45. See the tulips in Holland in bloom

46. St. Patrick’s Day in Dublin, Ireland

47. Drink vodka in Russia

48. Walk the winding stairway in San Juan de Gaztelugatxe, Spain

49. Wine tasting in Napa Valley

50. Visit Brussels, Belgium

51. Cross the Lynn Canyon Suspension Bridge in Lynn Canyon Park, North Vancouver, BC, Canada

52. Have a picnic at the Eiffel Tower

53. Climb Ben Nevis in Scotland

54. Paddle through the medieval town Cesky Krumlov on the gently flowing Vltava River, some September, stopping for lunch at a beer garden along the route

59. Participate in a murder mystery dinner- ‘Clue’ style

73. Visit the Chatsworth House in Derbyshire, England- made famous in ‘Pride and Prejudice’

74. See the Declaration of Independence in person

75. Hike the Cerro Negro Volcano in Nicaragua- and enjoy the quick descent on the volcanic slope!

76. Visit the Hakone Open-Air Museum in Japan

77. Take the Hobbiton Movie set and farm tour in Matamata, New Zealand

78. Hike through the Tongass National Forest in Juneau, Alaska and into the Mendenhall Glacier

79. Climb the Arc de Triomphe in Paris, France

80. Stand in the ocean where two seas meet

81. Stand on Kjeragbolten Rock in Norway

82. Take the Harry Potter tour at Leavesden Studios in England.

83. Visit the Wizarding World of Harry Potter Theme Park in Orlando, Florida

84. 50 by 50 challenge – visit all 50 states by the time I am 50

85. Breathe in the lavender fields of Provence, France

86. Stroll through the Sagano Bamboo Forest in Japan

87. Walk through Plitvice Lakes in Croatia

88. Swim in the Blue Lagoon in Iceland
