One of my *unofficial* goals for 2015 is to relax more. As the great Leonardo da Vinci once said, ‘Every now and then go away and have a little relaxation. To remain constantly at work will diminish your judgement.” What is more relaxing close to home than a luxurious bath? This year I will review products from my fav shop that makes fresh and handmade beauty goods, Lush! So draw up a bath, get a good book and a glass of wine, and let’s relax!
Lush’s Rose Bombshell Bath Bomb packs a punch. The smell of roses is overwhelming, and as the bomb dissolves rose petals burst out of the center. Soy milk powder pours from the center and makes the bath water extremely moisturizing. The scent of rose oil, rosewood and orange flower absolute lingered the entire time, so it was like being in a garden, just like with the Secret Garden bath bomb and the Mother Superior bubble bar. I bet combining part of the Mother Superior bar would up this bath bomb’s game to a whole new level. The water turned a beautiful peachy pink and the rose petals floated the entire time so they were easy to collect at the end.
The Rose Bombshell bath bomb is a brand new Lush invention and it gets two thumbs up from me! The scent of roses isn’t my favorite- but those who really like it will love this bath bomb! I would purchase this bath bomb again.
Happy May, and Happy Mother’s Day!
